special touches

The staff at check-in were super welcoming, like Brandi, who made it feel like we were friends rather than just guests. The room had champagne and balloons ready for my mom's birthday, such a nice touch that really made the stay feel special.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was worth it.
